  • Fleet account information: business name, contact persons, authorized drivers, billing addresses.
  • Customer communications: emails, web forms, service requests, support messages, reviews, or feedback.

1.2 Information Automatically Collected

When you use the Site, we may automatically collect:

  • Device information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, referring pages, time spent on the Site, click paths, error logs.

1.3 Information Collected at CCW Locations

To protect customers, staff, property, and equipment, CCW locations may use:

  • Closed-circuit video cameras (CCTV) monitoring entrances, tunnels, pay stations, vacuum areas, and exterior zones;
  • Operational cameras and sensors for equipment diagnostics and safety oversight;
  • Optional automated license plate imaging or vehicle ID systems (if installed at certain locations) to help manage memberships, fleet programs, fraud prevention, and damage investigations.

Video and vehicle-identifying data are used only for legitimate business, safety, and security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • To process purchases, Gift Cards, Recharge Cards, and Fleet Card transactions;
  • To maintain and manage customer and fleet accounts;
  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries or requests;

Cascade Car Wash® operates its car wash facilities in the State of Ohio. This Policy is designed to align with U.S. privacy and consumer protection laws applicable to our operations. 11. Email Collection Consent & SMS Consent

11.1 Email Collection & Consent

By providing your email address to Cascade Car Wash® through the Site, checkout pages, fleet or Gift Card enrollment, customer support communication, or any other channel, you expressly consent to receive:

  • Account-related messages (e.g., fleet account notices, Gift Card updates);

11.2 SMS/Text Message Consent

11.3 Accuracy & Security of Contact Information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and updating it when it changes. CCW is not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or intercepted due to incorrect contact details, mobile network issues, or third-party carrier problems.

12. Surveillance Notice (CCTV, Facility Monitoring & Vehicle Identification)

For security, safety, operational integrity, and fraud prevention, Cascade Car Wash® locations may use video surveillance and certain forms of automated monitoring, which may include:

  • Closed-circuit video cameras (CCTV) monitoring tunnel entrances, wash bays, pay stations, vacuum areas, and parking lots;
  • Operational cameras and sensors for equipment monitoring and incident investigation;
  • Optional license plate or vehicle-identification imaging (if enabled at certain sites) to help manage memberships, fleet accounts, damage claims, and fraud prevention activities.

Video recordings and related data may be used to verify vehicle condition, investigate reported damage, reconstruct safety incidents, prevent theft or vandalism, and protect CCW’s lawful interests. Recordings are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes or as required by law and are accessible only to authorized personnel or service providers under confidentiality obligations.

By entering any Cascade Car Wash® location, you understand and consent that you may be recorded on CCTV and that your vehicle and license plate may be visually captured and used for security, operational, and fraud-prevention purposes.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page indicates the date of the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site or CCW services after any changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
